Bianca Ford was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and began dancing at the age of 3. From a young age, she was trained in ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, tap, hip-hop and more. She started dancing competitively at age 9, participating in countless conventions and competitions across the US. After graduating high school, Bianca danced professionally as a member of the Phoenix Suns Dance Team. During her 4 years as a Phoenix Suns Dancer, she represented the Phoenix Suns through promotional events, performed at all Phoenix Suns home games, was featured in promotional ads, marketing for sponsors, and T.V. news appearances. During her time as a Suns Dancer, Bianca completed her bachelor’s degree in sports management and worked at PDC as an office assistant. Since then, Bianca has worked at GCU in the athletic department, working closely with the athletic teams, and entertainment teams (including the cheer team, dance team, and band). She directed games and helped produce the game entertainment for all major GCU sporting events. During her time working at GCU, she completed her Master’s Degree in Health Psychology and began working as the PDC Office Manager and a PDC Dance Instructor. Now, Bianca has expanded her role at PDC as the PDC Studio Manager, PDC Office Manager, and dance instructor for styles in ballet, jazz, and technique. She is excited to continue working with PDC and teaching young dancers of all ages and levels!
